    with high growth

Rapid growth produces dramatic changes in the scale and scope of a firm’s activities.  These present new and different challenges to you as the leader. It’s not uncommon for high-growth ventures to stumble because they cannot adapt to the pressures and demands of these changes.  Most often it is the “people issues” which cause the biggest headaches, like losing key members of staff, hiring, firing or just dealing with disgruntled team members. Other common leadership challenges driven by fast pace change include issues like out growing your infrastructure, the easy erosion of customer service and the attraction of bigger competitors.
