Pannone Legal Workshops

As part of the High Growth Programme, we have been delivering a highly successful series of High Growth Workshops across the North West.  We have received some excellent feedback from attendees and as many of you will know, have recently recommenced the main programme of workshops which will continue into 2011.

Many of our High Growth companies who have attended the workshops have asked for more detailed subjects to be covered that will add further value to their businesses and personal development.  One of the most requested subject areas is that of ‘legal’ and in response we are proposing to hold specially arranged clinics during November 2010.These clinics will be delivered in partnership with Pannone LLP, a top ranked law firm in The Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to Work For' 2010, and a multi-award winner at the Manchester Legal Awards 2010.

The importance of having terms and conditions and supporting documentation to protect  the business. The real risks if things go wrong if you are not protected and  the danger of on-line templates.

Intellectual property. How to identify IP, the importance and value if IP and how to protect it.
