Fletcher & Co (Grassland Solutions)

Grassland solutions is a dairy farming operation that had the opportunity to take part in a High Growth Programme during 2010 & 2011 which was funded through the North West Development Agency. Through this programme we were allocated a business coach with expertise in high growth businesses and this coach was Graham Hudson. The programme consisted of reviewing the current situation within Grasslands Solutions and developing a strategic plan on where the directors intend to be in 3 years time. The strategic plan then lead into the creation of procedures & protocols for the selection of new farms and members of staff and a Marketing plan on how to attract them.

The effect that Graham has had within Grassland Solutions has been extremely positive. it has given the directors the confidence to strengthen the company procedures in their operational delivery and the development of company protocols and obtaining management information. Previously the direction and growth of Grassland Solutions created a company structure that had evolved over a period of time which was rapid and unplanned. Graham gave the company a clear business view and direction on this area that provided the framework for a clear company structure.

Graham has been very supportive and cane with a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by many high growth businesses. We were more than happy with the programme and the support that Graham Hudson has given Grassland Solutions to move forward with confidence.
