"QuatChem has now completed a High Growth mentoring programme. This consisted of a series of evening sessions with our coach, Graham Hudson. The Programme composed of reviewing our current position and enabling us to create a plan of where we wish to be in three years time. He has taken the time to understand our strengths and weaknesses and put us on course to achieving our goals.

As a small company with limited personnel servicing a considerable export market, we work quite intensively as a team. Having revisited our processes for customer acquisition, customer retention, management information, operational delivery we now have a MRP/CRM (materials requirement planning/customer resource management) system in place. This is currently being tailored to our specific requirements and will reduce the day to day burden on management to focus on business development.  We have discussed our organistional structure, which has given us some focus for future actions, to improve the image of company.

 The company has grown rapdily requiring relocation of the business to larger premises, and part of the Programme covered planning and regular review of the related activities. Since the programme started, we have covered a lot of ground, and once the company has relocated, we would be very well placed for future growth.

Mr Hudson has been very supportive as well as challenging, and as a result of his past experience has managed to understand our business and guide us accordingly. He provided a very positive framework for our future development.

We are happy with the Programme, and feel we are better equipped to move forward."
