Existing Small to Medium Sized Businesses (SMEs)

Existing SME’s will receive:

• 1/2 day initial coaching assessment undertaken by a Sub Regional Manager
  
• 1/2 day with an appointed business coach to work up a high growth project brief and template
• 10 days one to one coaching. (Delivered as 20 half days of generic and specialist coaching intervention to support implementation)
•  7 half day specialist workshops that cover key high growth issues, delivered by experts - (coaching sessions would be delivered in between events)
• Access to specialist networking sessions

Ongoing support through advice, tools and techniques via this High Growth website.

The high growth programme will provide entrepreneurs with access to the skills and expertise vital to setting up and building a sustainable business. The programme will provide specialist assistance in areas scanning the spectrum from finance, through to sales, marketing, IP, NED (Non Executive Directors) appointment and talent management.
